1. How is my order delivered?
Items will be mailed in either 500 gram or 3 kilogram Express Post Satchels. This method has been selected so goods/items are received quickly and posted items can be easily traced using a tracking number.Time frame for delivery is 5-7 days.
If you would like several purchased items mailed together to save on postage costs please make sure that all items are purchased in one transaction.
2. What size should I order?
All sizes in the item descriptions are stated as specified by the manufacturers. Rosie's Closet will endeavor to provide a fitting guide for a manufacturer if known (e.g. generous fit).
3. What is your exchange/refund policy?
Exchange on items that are incorrect in size is available within 7 days, please enquire by email however before returning an item. Postage for the return and subsequent exchange of goods will be payable by the customer.
If a replacement size is not available upon email notification a credit note will be issued to the customer.
4. What is your privacy policy?
At Rosie's Closet we respect your right to privacy, no personal information provided to Rosie's Closet will be provided to any third party in any way. We ensure all personal information is collected, processed and stored in accordance with the Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act.
5. Credit Card Security Information.
The Security of your personal information is important to us.We never store credit card details or share your information. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information,submitted to us.When you enter sensitive information on our website,all payments are processed by our business partner National Australia Bank using encrypted security technology.
